Building Your Song Library in Worship Manager

Most Sundays start with songs. Worship Manager keeps your lyric library local, searchable, and click-to-present — so the operator can stay with the band instead of fighting slides.

Open the Songs tab

Press Ctrl + S or click Songs in the bottom tabs.

You will see:

Add a song

  1. Click ADD SONG.
  2. Enter a title.
  3. Add lyrics as separate verses / sections (each block becomes a clickable slide).
  4. Use the verse controls to move a section up/down, insert another below, or delete one.
  5. Save.

A good rule of thumb: one slide per musical phrase the congregation needs to sing — not one giant wall of text.

Edit or delete a song

Right-click the song title for context actions:

After edits, the search list refreshes so your team always sees the latest version on that machine.

Present lyrics live

  1. Search and select the song.
  2. Click a lyric block — it goes to the overlay on Program / the display.
  3. Click the next block when the band moves on.
  4. Use CLEAR OVERLAY when the song ends but you want the background to stay, or CLEAR DISPLAY for a full wipe.

Blank Display

Turn on Blank Display when you want clean white (or styled) text with no media behind it. Leave it off when you are pairing lyrics with a background from the Media tab.

Style your song overlays

Open Settings in the Songs tab to control:

Changes apply to song overlays so you can match your church’s look without rebuilding slides every week.

Pin songs you always use

Right-click a song → Pin Song. Pinned items show up under the Pinned tab (Ctrl + P) for one-click access during service — great for the doxology, response songs, or anything that might appear out of order.
